Inveray Returns Policy
If any of our products do not meet your satisfaction just send it back to us in its original condition (unopened and unused) within 14 days of purchase. You will need to notify us before returning by email, phone or post quoting the order reference number that you wish to return.
Please be aware, for hygiene reasons, we will not accept used, tested or opened products under any circumstances. Upon receipt and examination, we will issue a full refund less shipping or fees (if purchased via Paypal).
Cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded service.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase online, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt or invoice number.
What if my Inveray Nail Polish is faulty?
If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, please contact us immediately (this must be within 14 days of receiving your items). We will need to know the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. Please be aware that we will test the product to ensure that it is truly faulty as we do not accept returns on items that are simply not as expected.
Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement. Delivery costs will also be refunded (if all items ordered are faulty). This excludes any products delivered using our free delivery service.
If the return is a result of our error (wrong item sent or damaged) we will happily exchange or offer a full refund, including delivery, payment processing and return fees.
Please note: We cannot accept any used or opened items.

We guarantee that all the products we sell are authentic Inveray products. However, because we strive to provide excellent customer service every time, if you have concerns please do get in touch.
We can not guarantee that Inveray products purchased from any other seller and delivered to the UK are genuine. We advise avoiding these sellers as you can risk damage to your health by using poor cosmetic products.
Colour Guarantee
On occasion, computer monitors and mobile devices can reproduce colours differently. Therefore it can be difficult to deliver accurate colours due to individual devices settings. This can be caused by changes to brightness, resolution, computer rendering, web browser, and more. If you require more information about the colour you are purchasing, please do get in touch before purchasing and we shall reply as soon as we are able.
